Grit Before The Gram is an event that connects the multi-generations Black women in the music and entertainment business. This inaugural event is held during Grammy Week with a room of two hundred + Black women of influence: label executives, presidents, publicists, digital marketing leaders, writers, producers, engineers, and live performance creatives gathered in solidarity at The West Hollywood Edition.
